NEW YORK - New York City PD Special Operations Division and Traffic - Live Audio Feed

TIME & DATE THAT I LISTENED TO & REVIEWED THIS SCANNER FEED:
Tuesday, February 22 7:40pm - 10:25pm

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
The audio quality of this NYPD scanner feed was a mix of fair to excellent quality.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
This New York audio feed was ablaze with police transmissions.  There was at most 1 minute of dead air at a time.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
I heard a wide variety of police calls on this live audio broadcast. Here are some of the more interesting ones.

- Cops were called to a location to investigate a suspicious package.
- There was a report of 3 vehicles driving on the highway at a high rate of speed recklessly & weaving in & out of traffic.
- Police were asked to keep a lookout for a 73 year old missing person with dementia & a history of depression.
- Police arrested an individual for DWI.
- Police were called to the seen of an apparent overdose.
- Police had to respond to two separate reports of "SHOTS FIRED".
- Police had to check on a bank burglar alarm & investigate on the roof.
- Police were asked to watch for a 24 year old missing deaf mute male.
