SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
I would say that the audio quality of this digital police scanner feed was pretty good.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
The transmissions that I heard started off quite slow on this feed but then were rolling in one after another.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here are some of the highlights from my listening experience.
  • Officers were asked to investigate a report of multiple shots fired.
  • Police were asked to clear out unwanted people from a Wal Mart parking lot where they were drag racing and harassing customers.
  • Police checked into a silent alarm that was detected at the bedroom window of a residence.
  • Police pulled over a pickup truck for reckless operation.
  • Police got a call from a man that said a drunk white male with a big gash in his forehead knocked on his door and when he didn't let the man in the suspect then proceeded to cross the street and break into a residence.
  • Police received a call from a woman asking them to come to her residence because her husband was there and she thought that he was going to blow the place up.  She also stated that she thought she heard gunshots coming from the back of the home earlier in the day.

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
The quality of this digital police scanner feed was pretty good.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
The transmissions that I heard on this live feed were coming in every few seconds, and that is fairly busy considering that it was early on a Sunday night that I reviewed it.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here are the highlights from my time spent listening to this live scanner feed.
  • Police were dispatched to a location where several subjects were reported to be fighting.
  • Police received a call from a female who asked them to come to her home where there was a burglary in progress.  She stated that an individual was trying to break the door in while she was attempting to hold it shut.  Turns out it was her cat stuck between the door and storm door.
  • Rescue was asked to report to a scene where a subject was bleeding profusely through his nose and mouth.
  • Officers were dispatched to a location where the female caller stated that her father was fighting with her boyfriend.
  • Police were asked to be on the lookout for an 11 year old boy that ran away after being punished by his parents for something.
  • Several calls came in asking officers to investigate the sound of a large explosion of some type in the area.
  • Police went to check a report of a possible gunshot in an apartment building.
  • Rescue was sent to a location to assist a 68 year old female having difficulties breathing.
  • Police responded to a dispute where one person was threatening to stab the other person with a large knife.

NEW YORK - City of Buffalo Police and Fire - Live Audio Feed

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
I would say that the audio quality of this digital police scanner feed ranged from fair to good.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
The transmissions that I heard were coming in one after another.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here are some of the highlights from my listening experience.

- Police were asked to investigate a hit and run where they made an arrest.
- Officers were asked to check on the welfare of a gentleman that called 911 but made no sense. He just rambled and proceeded to hang up.
- police & fire rescue were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident where a pedestrian was hit.
- Police investigated a location where 3 different calls came in reporting multiple gunshots fired. Turns out that the shots were fired from the vehicle that struck the pedestrian.
- Police were asked to check a home where a panic alarm was triggered.
- Officers responded to a group home where one resident assaulted another resident and the staff was unable to control the situation.

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
This audio feed was fairly easy to understand for the most part but some transmissions had a muffled quality to them. This live Las Angeles digital scanner feed was still a great listening experience because of the nature and frequency of the transmissions.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
There certainly was no lack of excitement while listening to this live police feed. At most there was 5 to 10 seconds at a time with no broadcasts. One exciting call after another.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here is a list of transmissions that I found to be exciting.
  • Police were asked to respond to a location where twelve male suspects were fighting in the street and there was at least one .38 revolver involved.
  • Three murder suspects were located and arrested.
  • Officers were asked to investigate a report of a man fightinng with a female and then forced her into the vehicle and took off.
  • Police responded to a local convenience store where a Hispanic male robbed it and put a gun in the cashiers face.
  • Officers responded to many domestic disputes where battery was involved.
  • Fire rescue responded to a home for a possible man down.
  • Police were asked to report to a womans home where a suspect broke in through a window while she was there.
  • Police had to investigate a report of a naked Hispanic male walking in and out of traffic while threatening to kill himself and then he proceeded to lie down in traffic attempting to get hit.
  • Fire rescue responded to two drug overdose calls.
  • Officers were in foot pursuit of a suspect involved in a drug deal.

ARIZONA - Tucson Police & EMS - Live Audio Feed

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
The quality of this digital police scanner feed was quite good.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
The digital police scanners that I heard were humming with transmissions.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
I currently have chills due to the police audio transmissions that I heard on this live feed. Here are the highlights.

- A female asked for the police to go to her location & arrest some people that she said slashed her tires & put sugar in her gas tank over night. She said that if the Cops didn't take care of the suspects she would.
- Officers had to respond to 2 different locations where individuals were threatening to kill themselves. One of the 2 people had pills and guns.
- All available police officers were dispatched to a location where reports were coming in for shots fired. When the officers arrived on scene one officer called for help & said that he had been shot in the abdomen. My prayers go out to him. (UPDATE.....2 officers have now been shot)

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
This audio feed was clear & easy to understand. This live Newark digital scanner feed was a great listening experience.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
There certainly was no lack of excitement while listening to this live police feed. At most there was 5 to 10 seconds at a time with no broadcasts.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here is a list of transmissions that I found to be exciting.

- Officers responded to a location where a female was robbed at gunpoint.
- Police were asked to report to the Emergency Room Trauma to take a report from a victim that had been hit by a motor vehicle.
- Officers responded to another location where this time a male was robbed at gunpoint.
- Police arrived on location to investigate a report of a stolen vehicle.
- Several reports came in to check on vehicles that were under water. There were a lot of flooding related calls.
- Many calls came in from the same area reporting that two shots had been fired.
- A female called police to report that her home was being burglarised and the suspects were still in the home while the caller was hiding in the back yard.
- 911 got a call and the caller stated that his neighbors home was being broken into and he said that the burglars were currently in the basement cutting out the copper plumbing.

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
This audio feed was very clear for the most part. This live Chicago feed  made for great listening.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
This digital scanner feed was nonstop excitement. There was zero dead air time.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here is a list of some transmissions I heard that I found interesting. I heard much more on this live scanner feed but I think this is enough to make you want to give a listen.

- Officers responded to many domestic disputes.
- A gentlemen asked police to respond to investigate his grandmothers home that had been burglarised.
- A woman asked for assistance because her 12 year old bipolar son was threatening to stab her with a knife.
- Multiple reports came in reporting 4 SHOTS FIRED.
- Police were involved in a high speed pursuit when the suspect pulled over and bailed out of the vehicle and taking off on foot through a park but resulted in his arrest.
- Officers responded to a battery in progress.
- A man called the police stating that he was waiting for officers to assist him because he had just been HELD UP AT GUNPOINT and his car was stolen.
- Police responded to a fight where it was four against one.

This audio feed was clear & easy to understand. This live Boston feed was a pleasure to listen to.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
Although I was listening to this live digital police scanner feed on a Sunday evening I heard a fair amount of police transmissions & rescue. There was almost no dead air time.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here is a list of transmissions I heard that I found interesting. Remember this was a Sunday night. I can't wait to give this one a listen to on a Friday or Saturday night.

- A woman called 911 and said she was hiding in a closet because some males kicked her door in and were in the process of vandalising the apartment and she stated that she needed immediate assistance.
- Officers & rescue had to respond to Burger King for a motor vehicle accident..
- Police had to go to a Shaw's supermarket to arrest a person for shoplifting.
- Rescue had to transport a patient suffering from acute abdominal pains.
- Police, Fire, & Rescue responded to a 3 car accident.
- Police responded to a group of Hispanic males fighting.
- Police had to respond to the Old South Church to deal with and older male sitting in his parked vehicle, drinking and attempting to fight with all of the passers by.
- Officers were asked to be on the lookout for a black male wearing a grey hoodie who was armed with a knife and stole a laptop, then took off on foot down a bike path.
Police were on the lookout for 3 white males that supposedly smashed a T shelter.

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
The quality of this live digital police scanner feed was in the fair to good listening category.


QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
Considering I was listening to this live broadcast early Saturday morning I heard quite a bit of police transmissions.  It was pretty much one police call after another.


TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
I heard a lot of different live police broadcasts on this live police feed and here is my summary.


- Officers were asked to assist in the cleanup of a port-a-potty that blew out of a truck on the highway.....(SHIT HAPPENS)....(OFFICERS WERE JOKING ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF SOMEONE BEING IN IT)
- Police were asked to investigate a report of a woman being threatened over the phone.
- Cops were asked to respond to a location where a white male with a ponytail was threatening to kill his neighbor.
- Officers had to investigate a possible break in where the window was busted out.
- Officers had to respond to a location where a male was claiming to have been assaulted by his girlfriend and she was claiming to have been assaulted by him.  The female had thrown a glass at the males face.
- Officers had to go to a scene where a male claimed another male was vandalizing his truck by cutting off his muffler.

CALIFORNIA - Humboldt County Fire, Law, EMS - Eureka and North - Live Audio Feed


TIME & DATE THAT I LISTENED TO & REVIEWED THIS SCANNER FEED:
Friday, March 11. 11:00am - 12:15pm

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
This live digital police scanner feed was a wide range in audio quality.  These live police feeds ranged from poor to quite good in quality. Power was down for a lot of areas so law enforcement were operating their radios on low batteries so this may have affected their transmission quality.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
This live feed was fairly busy though I am not sure if that was only due to the fact that they were under a Tsunami warning.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Most of the live transmission that I heard were regarding the Tsunami warning. Here is some of what I heard.

- I heard the coast guard announce the Tsunami warning.
- Rescue was called to help a person suffering cardiac arrest.
- Police had to shut down one highway due to waves breaking over the road leaving debris.
- There was a report of a boat ramp and parking lot under water.
- There were reports of certain locations getting trashed by the waves.

This audio feed was clear & quite easy to understand. This live San Diego feed was a pleasure to listen to.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
Even though I was listening to this live digital police scanner feed on a Saturday morning I heard a fair amount of police transmissions. There was almost no dead air time.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here is a list of calls I heard that I found interesting.

- A landlord asked that police deal with a tenant of hers that was slamming doors & pounding on walls.
- A property owner of a vacant building asked for police officers to remove several transients that decided to take up residence in his building.
- The father of a young man with ADHD & a history of violence asked police to come to his property and remove his now violent son who had stabbed him in the past.
- Cops had to arrest a gentleman for kicking and damaging someones car.
- Officers were asked to keep an eye out for an elderly person walked out of a psychiatric facility with a history of depression & schizophrenia.
- Police were dispatched to a restaurant to remove a group of teens that were fighting.

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
These live police feed transmissions were mostly fair to good quality but some had a slight crackle sound to them but this is a fairly common characteristic of live scanner feeds.
QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
Non stop police broadcasts on this police scanner feed.
TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here is a summary of the police broadcasts that I got to listen to.
- Police had to report to a domestic battery.
- Dispatch asked all available officers to respond to a location where several juveniles were fighting.
- Police were asked to investigate a report of identity theft.
- Officers had to respond to another location with a lot of loud screaming and fighting.
- Police officers requested that a homicide unit report to their location.
- Units had to report to another location where teens were fighting with rocks and throwing them at vehicles.
- Officers had to go to another location where there was a violent dispute.

NEW HAMPSHIRE - Manchester Police and Fire, Goffstown Police - Live Audio Feed

Some of these police & fire broadcasts were of poor quality. but most were of fair to very good audio quality.

I heard a fair amount of common live police & fire transmissions.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here are some of the transmission I heard during my review of this live police scanner audio feed.

- Manchester fire was called to investigate a building on Orange street with smoke showing.  This turned out to be smoke emanating from a pellet stove.
- Police were asked to respond to a location in Manchester to assist with a disabled school bus.
- Officers performed several routine traffic stops.
- Manchester fire had to report to a location on Bridge st to investigate a fire alarm.
- Fire rescue had to respond to an apartment to help a person experiencing a possible heart attack.  He had left arm pain with difficulty breathing.
- Police performed a search for drugs in a suspects vehicle.
- Fire rescue had to respond to a local schools nurses office for a student fainting.

I thought that the audio quality of this live scanner feed was quite good.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
I heard transmission after transmission while listening to this live police feed.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
I heard a lot of different types of police audio transmissions on this feed, & here is a list of some of these broadcasts.

- Officers were asked to investigate the claims of a man exposing himself to children.
- Police were called to a domestic dispute.
- Units were asked to report to the parking lot of a business where there was an infant that was motionless and unresponsive lying on the pavement with no adults around but when the officers arrived on scene it was just a doll.
- Police had to go to a restaurant where a man was undressing out front.
- Units were asked to respond to a location of random gunfire.

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
I found this live scanner feed to be of good to great audio quality

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
This broadcast was alive with quality nonstop action.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
During my listening time I heard a nice blend of police, fire, & EMS calls.  It is definitely worth your time.  Her are a handful of broadcasts that I heard.

- A woman asked police for assistance because her husband was threatening to beat her with his crutches LOL.
- An officer asked for a female officer to respond to his location to perform a body search for drugs on a female suspect.
- police had to respond to a fight where a male subject kicked another male subject in the face.
- Police had to go to a location where a woman saw somebody break the windows in her car.
- Dispatch asked police to be on the lookout for an 11 year old run away.
- Police & fire rescue had to respond to a 3 car accident.
- Police & fire rescue had to respond to another accident where a female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
- Several officers were called to a scene where a person saw a drug deal go bad & then heard a gunshot and saw the flames come out of the gun but did not see the actual gun.


NEW YORK - New York City PD Special Operations Division and Traffic - Live Audio Feed

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
The audio quality of this NYPD scanner feed was a mix of fair to excellent quality.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
This New York audio feed was ablaze with police transmissions.  There was at most 1 minute of dead air at a time.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
I heard a wide variety of police calls on this live audio broadcast. Here are some of the more interesting ones.

- Cops were called to a location to investigate a suspicious package.
- There was a report of 3 vehicles driving on the highway at a high rate of speed recklessly & weaving in & out of traffic.
- Police were asked to keep a lookout for a 73 year old missing person with dementia & a history of depression.
- Police arrested an individual for DWI.
- Police were called to the seen of an apparent overdose.
- Police had to respond to two separate reports of "SHOTS FIRED".
- Police had to check on a bank burglar alarm & investigate on the roof.
- Police were asked to watch for a 24 year old missing deaf mute male.

NEW HAMPSHIRE - Concord Fire Alarm (Capital Area) - Live Audio Feed

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
I have heard better scanner audio feeds than this, but if you want to hear the action in this quaint NH location it is definitely worth your time to take a listen. I would rate the quality of this audio feed at fair to good.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
During the time I spent listening to this live feed there were periods of silence about 10 - 15 minutes long. There were also moments when one transmission after another were sounding off.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
On this live feed I heard fire, rescue, & EMS broadcasts.

- I heard rescue called to a handful of locations for falls with back & leg injuries.
- One fire department went to a residence with broken pipes & about 4 feet of water in the basement.
- I heard fire rescue called to an MVA (motor vehicle accident) with injuries.
- I heard the Alton NH fire dispatch announce that one of their retired firefighters passed away & that he was a firefighter for 34 years.
