CALIFORNIA - LAPD - Code 3/Hot Shots, Air/K9 and Van Nuys/Valley Traffic - Live Audio Feed

TIME & DATE THAT I LISTENED TO & REVIEWED THIS SCANNER FEED:
Sunday, October 10, 9:42pm - 10:44pm

SCANNER FEED AUDIO QUALITY:
This audio feed was fairly easy to understand for the most part but some transmissions had a muffled quality to them. This live Las Angeles digital scanner feed was still a great listening experience because of the nature and frequency of the transmissions.

QUANTITY OF SCANNER TRANSMISSIONS:
There certainly was no lack of excitement while listening to this live police feed. At most there was 5 to 10 seconds at a time with no broadcasts. One exciting call after another.

TRANSMISSIONS OF INTEREST:
Here is a list of transmissions that I found to be exciting.
  • Police were asked to respond to a location where twelve male suspects were fighting in the street and there was at least one .38 revolver involved.
  • Three murder suspects were located and arrested.
  • Officers were asked to investigate a report of a man fightinng with a female and then forced her into the vehicle and took off.
  • Police responded to a local convenience store where a Hispanic male robbed it and put a gun in the cashiers face.
  • Officers responded to many domestic disputes where battery was involved.
  • Fire rescue responded to a home for a possible man down.
  • Police were asked to report to a womans home where a suspect broke in through a window while she was there.
  • Police had to investigate a report of a naked Hispanic male walking in and out of traffic while threatening to kill himself and then he proceeded to lie down in traffic attempting to get hit.
  • Fire rescue responded to two drug overdose calls.
  • Officers were in foot pursuit of a suspect involved in a drug deal.
